The room was very nice. Though extremely cold. The room AC was set likely assuming a normal 4PM check-in. To be fair we did not call ahead to state we would be a late check-in 10 or 11PM. Then again, no one checked the room since the check-in had not happened yet either. The main parking lot was full when we arrived. There was no signage to state that the adjacent lot was shared with Perkins or also part of the motel parking. We went around to the back lot which was not lit. All the parking lot lights were out. The trash area was open and overflowing. There were locals or guests drinking in a pickup adding to the atmosphere of a lack of safety. All staff that we interacted with were excellent. Not sure if this comment is for the property or Travelocity, we paid the w/breakfast rate however there is a posted sign stating the offered breakfast is for all guests. Why were their two rates listed in Travelocity?

Arrived about 930pm. Given room right by lobby and breakfast area. Loud with ppl checking in during night and light shining in around and under door. Room was outdated and carpeting was filthy and stained. Screens hanging off bldg when we drove into parking lot. Next time we pay an extra $20 and stay elsewhere!

Our check in with Rachel was flawless and top notch. When we got to the room, the tv wouldn't turn on. Rachel fixed that. Then the picture went dead but the tv still had sound. Rachel connected with the maintenance person. HE WAS NOT a timely person.......we contacted Rachel three times concerning his lack of showing up. He finally did...over and hours wait.... .he didn't know what was wrong and we were moved to another room. After over and hour plus ordeal, the problem was solved for us. The room we were moved to was very nice AND the tv worked.
