The manager charged an additional $50 fee at check in that he said was mandatory and would be returned at checkout. He was not friendly. The Continental breakfast was not replenished - even when the orange juice dispenser was dispensing only water. When we checked out and gave up our keys, the manager dismissed us with only a have a nice day. We had to request the return of the mandatory $50 fee. We will not stay there again.

Every thing was with in walking distance. It’s right on the bike trail. Clean, great service. My only suggestion would be to have water available 24/7. Increase breakfast items. If you want room cleaned, ask at desk.

This place was horrible. The customer service was just awful and then I got to my room and my pillow case was full of mold. I took it down to the desk and they said they wash them that it was just color… .. no it b wasn’t. It was clearly mold or mildew And then we started to look around and the towel was horrible dirty when taking it up customer service they said we were just trying to get a free room. Really? Who does this. And now I got F they charged me $50 on my debit card I called them and they said it was a deposit.,.. no… we were never told there was bb s deposit. So I called them. They were so rude and hung up on us… so so bad! I do not reconnected place to anymore me. I’ll never stay at one again. I’m in the process of contacting corporate. I do not recommend.

Good stay other than all the towels were dirty and I read so many reviews saying that they asked for more and got charged so I only used what I brought.
