We reserved the room for 3 people. There was only 2 towels in the bathroom. We had to ask for wash clothes and hand towels and more bath towels. The TV remote did not work in our room. When the front desk person gave us a new one, the volume did not work on that one. We were unable to turn the TV off with the remote also. The freezer compartment in our fridge/freezer in the room was iced over. Needs to me cleaned and defrosted. There was never towels in the pool area for guests use. The gentleman that worked the breakfast was very, very grumpy. When asked to refill items that were out he grumbled and was very unpleasant.

The overpowering smell of cigarette smoke mixed with lysol made it extremely hard to breathe/sleep. Slamming doors and dogs whining all morning was also very unfortunate. The person at the front desk was trying to help clean the rooms in between checking people in. Understaffed and just not clean at all.

The property was very run down. Think the room was actually flooded the night before; it was very musty & moldy smelling. Big unpainted patches in the wall. The lamp shades on both nightstands were shattered. The room seems trashed. The whole property was very rundown. They did move us when we complained, but why would you even offer such a room. The staff was at times rude. In the morning, their breakfast bar did not have weekend hours, so when we showed up at 9:00 he said they were close and threw the remaining food away. The need to remove quality from their name. I almost cancelled my Quality Inn reservation in St. Cloud; however, that was very nice.

This property was a disappointment from the beginning. Outside maintenance was poor at best. When you enter the property it’s often difficult to get help right away to check in. Language is an issue, although it’s possible to work through. Upon entering our room it smelled musty, damp, and dirty. In the bathroom there was a distinct smell of urine. There were no soaps or supplies and we needed to request towels as well. The tv didn’t work, and the only explanation was it was rebooting and give it 3-4 hours?! We ended up fixing that ourselves… Breakfast was awful. They’ve watered down the waffle batter, juices, and coffee. All were basically inedible and tasteless. The ownership and management are obviously just milking all the profit out with no regard for guest service or quality. I would recommend avoiding this property.

They are obviously milking everything they can out of the property. Cleaning and maintenance are at bare minimum. Our room had burned out bulbs, and an exhaust fan that didn’t do anything really. The toilet and surrounding area smelled of urine. There were no towels or soaps. We had to make multiple trips to get those ourselves. The tv didn’t work. We ended up resetting and fixing that ourselves. The whole room smelled damp and dirty. The breakfast has the juices and waffles watered down. Completely tasteless like the coffee. The management/ownership obviously don’t care about making a good impression and caring for their guests. Simply making more profit. No way I’m staying here again.

Smelled like smoke. Rust on bathroom fixtures. Paint pealing off bathroom fan. Toothpaste platers on wall. Back of bathroom door dirty. But the mattress was comfy and sheets clean.

property was dirty, room smelled, had to sleep with the window open. shower was gross, toilet paper holder was broken, coffe machine not stocked. I would not stay here again.

Door didn't shut unless you forced it shut.Toilet was broke first time used. King bed didn't fit frame, too small. Super uncomfortable and noisy, squeaked the whole time. Breakfast wasn't stocked- no bread for toast, juices tasted awful, just lacked attention.
