Not a great expieriene

Large room with main floor living room and kitchenette area, bedroom in loft upstairs. Not fancy but fine, clean. Problem was a central air conditioning system that couldn’t be shut off and the room was cold. Baseboard heaters were shut off...Bedroom is a long ways from bathroom if you need to get up at 3 a.m. TV reception poor in bedroom, tap in the kitchenette sink wouldn’t stop dripping. Housekeeping person did not lock the room door after each cleaning...each day I came back to an unlocked room...

I'm sorry to hear your experience with us was not so great. We do apologize and hope you come back and give us another try. Hopefully by then we have these issues sorted with the central air and the tap fixed. As for the door being unlocked, they are self locking doors, but i will put a word in with our housekeeping staff to make sure the door is pulled tight. Once again , We do apologize for any inconveniences.

Did not end up staying. Front desk clerk was uninterested and gave a key that didn’t work so didn’t even get into the room. Cancelled as I was tired and frustrated. Went to the new hotel down the street.

Wifi didn’t work inside the room, had to go outside. Fridge was pulled away from the wall and sitting in the middle of the kitchenette, unplugged with soaked towels around it. Door wide open, light bulbs in the bathroom burnt out, TV in the sitting room didn’t work, the one in the bedroom was cutting in and out, two channels available. Stained couche, floor not well cleaned. I would not recommend this Hotel.
