Bel endroit

Superbe endroit. Séjour fin septembre pas mal de routes fermée dans le parc. De belles ballades malgré tout. On essaiera de revenir au printemps prochain. Piscine chauffée et 2 hot tub. Sol des vestiaires un peu sale, mais piscine impec. Wifi un peu faible et pas de couverture téléphone. Finalement ce n'est pas toujours plus mal. Chambre dans l hôtel correcte. Rapport qualité prix ++ De nouveaux chalets en construction mais pour 6 personnes et plus. Dommage pour les couples. Ou alors payer plus cher. Ambiance générale très agréable

This hotel is extremely rustic and by no means should be classified as a hotel, the quality is more along the lines of a mountain lodge or a mountain hut like found in Japan or Europe. For its purpose it is great, if you intend to enjoy nature. But to expect a “hotel” is extremely ambitious. The staff was excellent, everyone was friendly and happy to help. Restaurants food was tasty! The quality of amenities and rooms were abysmal, roughly like 1-2 star. If the hotel rebranded as a mountain hut this would be more acceptable. I used the hotel to climb a mountain so it was good for my needs. I still think it was grossly over priced for shoulder seasons. I would stay here again to climb more mountains, but if there are more affordable options I would take them.

The toilet wasn't working properly, we had to try to fix it the whole time we were there. The floor was dirty and the hot water in the kitchen was crazy hot. We also bake our own meals and couldn't find an oven mitt. That being said, being so close to the outdoors and hiking is what we go for. The service was fine. The man in the convenience store was awesome! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and workout room as well!

Pool and hot tub need updating. Hotel rooms need it as well. Price was affordable so can’t really complain in that regard.
