Nice, but not excellent stay
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsThe staff where lovely but there was work needed in the rooms. It was generally clean with nice fresh bedding. However our shower cubicle had mould on the silicon sealant and the paint work generally could do with a refresh. We only had breakfast, but that was nice.

Nice little property with excellent customer service. We received a room upgrade without asking. Parking area small but convenient.

Very old property with broken windows,
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe property was so dirty that i did not stay for the night, the smell, the rigged carpet and it's filled with cigarette smoke, we left there to book for another hotel, what's on the website is not what is on the property, this is a scam, i will make sure i get my money back, i couldn't stay there, it was too bad.

Hi Anna,We suprise your comment because after your check in we had short conversation front desk at hotel and we clearly asked everything ok and Can we do that anyhing for you. So you replied us, you need to drop your sister after you will come back. We are still wondering if you compalaint about hotel why you didn't warn us or didn't say anything? Hopefully we can see you again our hotel and we can try our best for you.King Regards
