Confortable bed. Clean sheets. Clean towels. Very dirty and stained rug. Needs thorough refurbishment. Dirty ceramic tiles, ripped wallpaper. Stained/chipped furniture. Breakfast very limited choices, freshness doubtful, food service area not well maintained. Children seems to enjoy the pool.

The room I stayed in was very nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and the pool and hottub were nice and clean. The breakfast was so good and it was just an all around enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk service was excellent very friendly. The WiFi wouldn't work so our kids were upset when their tablets wouldn't connect. Our room could've used a little bit better cleaning. The curtain was raggedy and had a big slit in it and our fridge froze everything in it including the milk we purchased for my 1 year olds bottles

The rooms have tile and not carpet. The carpeted area is dirty and needs replacing. The bathroom was nice size but I need med the shower unstopped and the toilet top was sticky. The chair in the room was sticky like someone has spilled drinks and it hadn’t been cleaned. Dusty and the top drawer did not close. Unbalanced so all the drawers would slide open.

I am truly sorry to see or hear you believed there was bedbugs in the room. I do have documents showing there was a small fruit fly in the room. I did go inspect the room personally today when I received this complaint. I do take this very seriously that none of us want to ever deal with. I truly am sorry there was confusion,
