Arrived at the property after dark, first impression was scary, turned around and left. No other options so I returned, asked to view the room first, was ok, I asked if I would be safe here. Online photos had to be 50 years ago, poor maintenance through out, everything had a sticky feel to the touch. The bed was the only thing that was good, made up well and clean. All of my local friends was shocked to hear I was staying there. From my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Renovated Travel Lodge
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is a renovated Travel Lodge located in downtown Mansfield. There is a very small office with a pixie glass window for check in. The rooms are small but OK. The air conditioner was an in window unit that was louder then I would have expected. Over all a good value for a quick place to stay while driving through but would not recommend to stay for more then a night.

Most disgusting room ever. The MOLD around the shower door was so bad, my eyes swelled up and my nose completely closed up. Also had some small bug flying around the room. Nat’s would be my guess. I have pictures. You’re crazy if you stay here. I checked out after just 3 hours. I told the manager the problem and his only response was “ok”. Never again.

The worst experience ever!
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis facility was very dirty. It smelled very bad like cigarette smoke and drugs. There were bugs and the beds were filthy. When we sat on the bed it sank, felt like paper mache , The bathroom was very dirty. I went down to the front desk to complain about the smoke due our asthma and they disregarded me and told me I was in non-smoking room, they were not giving me a refund. I was there under an hour and I had to leave. It was dangerous. There were many people outside doing things not safe for children to be around. Also they wouldn’t answer the phone when hotel.com tried calling them numerous times! The furniture had dirt and ashes on it and everything was very dirty! I will be calling the health department! Also when hotel.com finally was able to talk to them today they lied and said I was there for the duration of my reservation, I left under a hour of checking in!! I was only in the room talking to a live agent to get help for our situation, in which no one was able to help me! I turned the key back in and left immediately!! There is proof in there cameras in the building!! I will contact my lawyer!! I over paid for a non smoking room for the health of my family and they did not fulfill that in my reservation! Among many other issues!

Thank you for providing your feedback. However we have investigated and we checked our records. It indicated that you have checked in after 930pm and didn't check out till 830AM. You never have called or stop by front desk about any issue.
