Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI booked a "suite" at this hotel for a 6 night stay for a business trip. The cost was $970 This hotel was barely adequate and completely terrible.
1. I did not feel safe in the parking lot. Both the front and rear entrances always had people loitering, smoking pot and/ or drinking beer.
2. The lobby bar was never open. The breakfast had no healthy options or even fruit.
3. Only one of two elevators worked.
4. Many stains on the hallway carpet.
5. The "suite" had 2 rooms which were both in pretty rough shape.
6. There was only one small tv with very poor reception.
7. Broken things in the room: countertop, cabinet drawers, floor tile, a/c cover (the a/c itself worked), shower curtain rod, shower drain, several outlets.
8. Gross things in the room: a/c filter, shower never really completely drained so I was always standing in a puddle of suds that never flully went down (ie other people's filth), the drop ceiling in the shower had water damage and the tiles didn't sit quite right, office chair needed replacing, daily cleaning needed to be requested.
9. Positives: the front desk staff and cleaning people were very nice. Hotel is in a good location if you are unfortunate enough to have to visit this area.

Elevator had built up dust, trash in it. The trash can outside was over flowing. Our room in the bathroom had a previous guests wash rag on the bath tub with hair in the tub, the toilet was not scrubbed out, you can see residue built up around the inside of the base. The back entrance door was supposed to be locked after 11pm. We were to use our key code but didn't need to because the door opened right up. There was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby, the Continental breakfast was only raisin bran, looked like store bought little Debbie small size muffins, nothing hot, the bread was in their bags and set inside a plastic container so you would have to open the bread bags to get any. No tongs available. The coffee area was outside of the eating area and had very little to offer as far as freshness, like creamer, sugar etc. we will not stay there again.

We enjoy staying in this hotel because of its central location. Easy walking distance to many restraunts and the carosoul. Staff is very friendly and helpful
