Nice. Good room for a good price. Very clean and the stadd was 4-star. Would stay there again.

Ive stayed here many times. This was the first time i stayed in a room that had an oder when you walked in. This was the first time id come in from work and my bed wasnt made, the trash didnt get taken out, and i had to go to the front to get clean towels. Every other time ive stayed ive had absolutely no problems.

The room smelled like mildew. The A/C was leaking all over the carpet. The mini fridge was not cooling. The phone was out of order. The shower faucet was leaking. The tub was rusted and peeling from the water leak.

The entire wall of the shower was dirty. The pillow cases and bedspread had large dark stains. The carpet also had pink, red, and brown stains on the carpet. The door was damage and I was able to place plastic bags at the bottom of the door to keep the air from outside coming in and bugs from coming inside.

We booked our room on Expedia, which ended up getting double booked, and we really needed a kitchen to cook our meals since our family has celiac's disease. We got put in a small room without a kitchen for a night until things got straightened out. The deadbolt got stuck while we were in our room and our young child was terrified. We ended up having to escape out of the window. I asked for a discount for everything we had to go through and they said that they could not do anything for us since we booked online. I was happy that the staff eventually did get us the room that we originally booked but disappointed that they didn't offer us something in return for all of the hastle we had to go through.
