There were a few ‘functional’ problems that should be addressed: wall oven was not working and we called customer service az soon as checked in. They responded to call and put a ‘work order in’ but we did not hear back in the 5 days we were there. Fortunately there is a stove with working oven however it only has 2 settings—350 or 375. Great property and location
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the house. 8 teen girls for a girl scout troop celebration. Our only complaints were that the downstairs was so cold we could not hang out down there (I am not exaggerating- it was an ice box from the air conditioning) and the jacuzzi jets did not work.

That said, we're sorry you found the downstairs A/C too cold and apologize for the jacuzzi jets not working. Our local manager assured us that parts have been ordered and a technician is working to resolve the issue with the hot tub. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Nice big house, only 5 dining chairs. Cleaning crew should be fired - bedding not fresh in at least two bedrooms with items left under sheets, old pieces of soap in bathroom, empty cans, sticky cabinet handles, greasy dining table. Dryer does not work well.

Great for active families

With 12 of us (6 parents/grandparents) and 6 children/grandchildren ages 13-22 we had lots of room for everyone. We especially appreciated the fact that there were 6 bedrooms - 3 upstairs (used by the parents/grandparents) and 3 downstairs for the grandkids. The downstairs area also included a small kitchen with fridge and a pool table and large TV and couch. The upstairs kitchen was very well stocked for our family that loves to cook. This is also a great location for taking walks, and just a block away from one of the several pools and the lake. We were on the go most of the time with the available activities including boating, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, biking, mini-golf, volleyball and on and on. We plan to go back on our next family vacation.
