Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAnother great night!!! I wish that I could stay longer!!! I Love this motel and I Love Manteno, Illinois!!! I didn’t expect to be here this long but my truck was in the shop awaiting parts… you know how that goes… So, it just so happened that Manteno was having their Octoberfest!!! I went on Saturday and saw the parade and several live concerts!!! Had some Amazing BBQ, found a metal cup from Texas Soda Co. and got this foam light up tube thing from The Rolling Stones cover band!!! Lots of photos and memories too!!! So, for whatever reason You may be in town, stay at This Motel!!! You Won’t Regret It!!! 🙏❤️✌

I had two trucks and trailers and the parking lot was so nice and big to park and move around.

Staff has stayed at this property over the past 10 years. No issues, but this time there were bugs in the bed. My employee left for another hotel late in the evening after driving 5 hrs. Not a good situation.

Ennui me and occasional spellcheck disasters
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was great!!! Clean and comfortable!!! Nice and sweetly arranged!!! It even had a genuine Jacuzzi bathtub!!! I swear… Each room is a little different which is pretty cool!!! Super nice staff and punctual (why doesn’t spell check give simple… ) on time housekeeping. A very inviting inside pool!!! Oh, to be young and svelte (thanks spellcheck!!!) once again!!! Alas, as old and full of ennui and wee, i avoided the pool and relaxed in bed instead. Thanks!!!

Broken Down Truck Driver
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsVery nice, safe and comfortable room and property!!! I asked to check in early, as I had driven over night on a work related trip. I work nights and had forgotten that check-ins were in the afternoon. : / I received a call from them letting me know that my room was ready 2 hours before the regular check-in time. That was a little life saver as I had no place to rest after 12 hours of work and 8 hours of waiting at work. Thank You!!! I had to stay another night and that was no problem either… I just called the front desk and they added another night.
