Hallways not the cleanest, no elevator, but probably cleanest shower I've seen

Hello,Thank you for your review of your stay with us. We apologize for the inconvenience in regards to the hallway and lack of elevators. As there is only two floors within the hotel, Wyndham has not required a elevator in the building. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We also will pass along the hallway issues to staff to better our service. We appreciate your compliments about the clean shower, which we will also pass along. Thank you and hope to see you again.

Some maintenance is needed. Sink drained very slow. AC was very noisy.

Smelled like body odor when I came in. Room was ok. Carpet was dirty and really old. Bed was clean but hard as a rock.

They was over booked so i did not get a room

cust. did not even come to the property. hotel.com agent called two times to keep the room till next day and we did the same. We do not wy cust. says we are overbooked .it can be a misuderstanding

No air conditioning in the common areas and in the room. Ask for a refund and was denied. We could not stay due to the room being so hot.

customer checked in and with 5 to 10 mts reported A/c not working the room, offered another room but decided to leave. we cancelled the reservation in our system. we did not take any money from customer / on-line company they booked room. Since they booked through OTA -company we informed him to contact the company they booked and paid for room. Our lobby is fully air conditioned
