Escape to the Outer Banks and spend your nights in this newly renovated and redecorated, charming four-bedroom, three and one half-bath home! The owners continue to make improvements to this property for their guests to enjoy. This year, the entire house has been updated with new carpet!

Step out onto the back deck and delight in a cup of coffee with the beautiful canal and sound views. Spend your days lounging by the community pool or playing a game of tennis. Head down to Mimi's Tiki Hut located in the Marina and sip on a cold one while relishing in the warm Outer Banks sun. Bring your boat and spend a day on the water. This canal-front home has access to the public boat ramp! After a long day of fun in the sun, dine at Blue Water Grill in the Marina, and experience the taste of the freshest seafood the Outer Banks has to offer! Located just three miles from the nearest beach access and in the lively community of Pirates Cove, this home is everything you will need for a perfect vacation getaway!

FIRST LEVEL:

King En Suite, is one of two in this beautiful home and is sure to be the perfect place to rest your head or enjoy a hot bath in the garden tub. Relax in the privacy of your spacious En Suite with private access to the deck, views of the canal or sit and enjoy the flatscreen TV.

Two Queen beds are in the second bedroom also found on this floor. Open the sliding doors and let the crisp ocean air flow through the room or walk out to enjoy views of the canal! You might find yourself relaxing and enjoying the flat-screen TV, too! Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bathroom for sharing with the third room on this level.

Two Twin Bunk Beds can be found in the third bedroom. Enjoy the private sliding door, providing access to the deck, and just a few steps from a beautiful walk around the docks of Pirate's Cove.

SECOND LEVEL:

Living/Kitchen/Dining - climb the stairs and spend some time in the main living area! Newly renovated and decorated with views of the canal and sound, this is a wonderful space for unwinding after a full day of fun in the sun!Enjoy a coffee while basking in the morning sunshine on the upper deck accessible from the living room. Head into the newly remodeled kitchen in the evenings to whip up a scrumptious meal the entire crew will appreciate. This well-equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for crafting a beautiful meal! The dining room offers an ample amount of space for everyone to spend some quality time together! Enjoy a flat-screen TV, music by Alexa, multiple board games/cards, or binge on your favorites using the high-speed internet throughout the home. Down the hall, you can find a half bath for your convenience.

King En Suite is the second of two in this home.When the night is through, choose to rest your head in this spacious King En Suite located on this level! Access the deck from your En Suite and look up to embrace the starry sky above!

For the grillmasters of your group, there is a charcoal grill located on the premises! If you are looking to get out and do a bit of shopping, you are a short two (2) miles from the Outer Banks Mall in Nags Head and the Manteo Waterfront Shops!

This home was lovely. We did have some issues when trying to get access into the house. Code didn't work. After calling and being given additional info, we got in. It was pouring down rain and had very poor phone reception which made it more difficult. Also, had a problem connecting with anyone when preparing to check out about how to handle linens, etc. Overall all it was a good trip. Appreciate the owners being willing to share their home with others. Thank you.

Kings Landing was a great place to have a two week vacation with some of my family. It has a fantastic location, beautiful sunrises to enjoy from the decks, and a fully equipped kitchen—better than I had anticipated. The windows in the living room and dining area created an almost outdoor feel. There were a few issues. The code provided did not work—and having arrived after the office closed it took a while to get that sorted. Overall the house was clean, except for one of the master showers that had a lot of mold on the shower control and bottom of the door in one bathroom and the shower control in the other MB could not be adjusted. Thankful that the maintenance company addressed that quickly. We later found out that the vent in the kitchen vented into the kitchen and livingroom. And the dryer vent had been disconnected from the wall and was venting into the laundry room. The internet was out about 50% of the time. The first couple of days it was weather related to hurricane Helene so it was understandable but after that it was still bad. Some of us had to work remotely and this created issues. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture was lacking support and as such was uncomfortable. Also the two jacuzzi tubs had signs “do not use” and one of the tubs couldn’t be filled with water.

Pleasant stay.......enjoyed the house and the pictures online accurately depict the appearance and condition of the home. Very clean and well maintained. The least positive comment l have is that I wish there were dish towels available in the kitchen. Otherwise, it was a great home and location, and we would return again! :)

The house was perfect for both families under one roof. Plenty of room, kitchen well equipped pretty clean. Location was great. Pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. Miscommunication made check in a little difficult but once everything was straightened out we had a good stay.

The house was lovely, matched the photos and it was a great location. Amenities at the complex were great and easy to get around. Communication with the property management company was not great with ongoing challenges. Payments and checkin info was overly complicated and would only resend rental agreement when questions were asked. Linens and towels were poor quality and the drapes and blinds in the basement rooms let in all the light - if you are impacted by light in the morning expect to wake up very early.

Wonderful Stay
We just returned from a wonderful week at Kings Landing. It was great! Our only complaint is we would have loved a gas grill :) The location is perfect. Our kids loved the Pirates Cove amenities, and we loved that the beach was so close. The house had everything we needed, but we rented beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall it was a wonderful trip and the house was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children).

What a great place to stay at?
We were amazed by the beauty and cleanliness of this house. Our family rented this home for the Thanksgiving holiday, so we were shocked to see that the house really had all the pots and pans we needed to pull off our special dinner!. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat, because it's hard to satisfy 6 adults and 3 kids with no complaints. We will be back and soon!

Lovely house to stay in for a family wedding
We all met in Manteo from both coasts for a family wedding and the house was the perfect spot for all of us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all and lots of space for relaxing all together. The house has been newly remodeled and so everything is quite nice and the house is very accommodating for large groups. Very clean and well stocked kitchen too!
