Light did not work in bathroom

Amy,I am sorry that the bathroom light was giving you issues. I did not know of the issue until you checked out and your husband let me know. We have since replaced the light switch, which was the issue. In the future if you let the front desk know, we would have worked to resolve your issue immediately. We never want anything but the best for our guests. We want your stay to be great. So letting us know to fix the issues would be our request.

It served its purpose...glad we stayed. If we ever go to Manti again, I'm sure we will stay there again.

Doug,I am sad to hear that our property is not up to the standard that you were looking for. We are a small community in central Utah. We are 1 of 2 motels in Manti, UT. Both motels are small and older. We do our best to keep it up. We hope that you had a safe trip and thank you for the feedback.
