Adequate but not comfortable

Guests had difficulty sleeping due to dogs barking and neighborhood noise. We had no access to washing machine because door was locked. Outside area was nice and well kept but location was not great. Visiting Canadians were friendly and very helpful. We would not recommend this condo.

Thank you for your review. None of the condominiums in the first level have windows in the bedrooms but there are windows in the rest of the home. A new pressure boosting showerhead has been installed in the master bathroom. There is no access to the laundry room (which is also stated in the property profile) as that is the space where we keep all our extra supplies and personal belongings. Accommodations to utilizing the washer and dryer can be made for reservations of 2 weeks or more. The exact address of the property is listed on the property profile. Please ensure you are staying in the area desired by inserting the address into google maps and exploring the areas around the property. The times I have stayed at the condo, the day and night have been very quiet and mellow. Vacation season and holidays will bring more people into the gated community and the surrounding areas. The noise level will most likely be higher during these high peak seasons.

First time condo rental in Mexico

Easy walking access to the beach.
Gated community - felt safe.
Easy access by foot, cab, DiDi or bus for groceries.
Quite far from the majority of restaurants- not many close by.
Would do more sightseeing on a future trip.

Beautiful quiet property, I felt very safe in the gated community. The condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend if traveling as a couple or with small children.

Publié le 23 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayI was really amazed at how well taken care of the property is.....the property is very secure in a very convenientemente location... we are ar restaurants but evrything you needed was available on the property as well as tour own parking spot...i will definetly stay there again in the future....

A Little Gem
