Very comfortable!
Publié le 10 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayA very comfortable and well laid out home for our group! We enjoyed the snug fireplace room and separate living room. Perfect for our group of 7-9 adults throughout a long weekend with close proximity to both the beach and town. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the TVs to current Smart TV standards so that guests can stream movies from their own accounts.

Ice snow storm
Publié le 18 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were not able to access this home due to ice/snow storm that closed roads and cut off power to coast, including town of Manzanita. Although this is not the fault of the home owner we were not able to speak with a local property manager to assess local storm conditions etc.
we will see how the travel insurance handles our claim.

Perfect location
Publié le 29 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe space and location of the house was great. There are repairs needed in the house that would have made our stay more comfortable. Was very difficult to communicate with VRBO, so did not get things fixed.
