Amazing time
Publié le 17 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time. The 2 person jacuzzi was very relaxing, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the place was clean.
During the day or in the morning the path they made takes you to the river. It's a great view, very relaxing. Definitely worth the stay.

Perfect stay vacation or wilderness getaway

Food prep indoors was a little difficult due to lack of counter space.
We were not provided check-in information, and the cell phone number was incorrect, and not responded to in a timely manner. A few updates could be made.

Hello Laura,
Thanks for staying with us.
For the comunication, we messaged you 5-6 times through VRBO to the place where you reserved the suite.
We did message you the driving directions that are quite though a week or so prior your stay.
There was not a response to any of these messages to you.
We have the home phone number written on the fridge, the guest book and the information mailed to you, this also has an answering machine that we check when we wake up and during the day, no message was left.
For my personal phone, I received a message about the internet not working, but this was on the second day of your stay and was at 12 midnight, we were sleeping and did not see your message until morning when we responded.
And for no check in information, Shelley personally met with you when you arrived and gave you a 5 minute introduction to how the place works , etc.

This is the same thing we have been giving all guests for 7 years now.

AMAZING overnight stay!
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is absolutely stunning wilderness done with BEAUTIFUL details! The pictures doesn't show the true beauty of this litlle escape. Extremely clean and well maintained by friendly present but invisible management. Which was so appreciated. We spent 1 night for my husband's birthday and it was truly relaxing. Definitely not long enoughbut we will fix that next time! We will definitely be back and recommending to our friends and family and ANYONE who wants a beautiful stay.

Beyond Amazing

Facilities were great, it was well equipped, & we loved the outside space. So many different places to sit & enjoy the wildlife, with the river flowing past. We cooked all our meals on the BBQ, and swam in the river. Golden Ears park is nearby, with plenty of hiking trails. We hope we will be able to return one day!

Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was nice. The owner was okay at communication. Nothing really stuck out good or bad. You can hear the owner walking around as they are living above you. It seemed more secluded on the listing than it actually was. It was good but nothing special

Why am I getting this review now, a year later? Our communication was great with 15 emails back and forth, not sure what the guest expected in communication?
I think he is confused with another stay because we have soundproof walls and sound barrier ceiling insulation
