Located in a quiet, prime residential neighbourhood with ample street parking. You are walking distance to the downtown core, bus stops, brewery/pubs, restaurants and shopping. You will be in an excellent central location between two arterial roads - it's very convenient to get in, around, or out of town! Walk to the Saturday Farmers Market (May-October), the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre and Pool, ACT Performing Arts Theatre and beautiful 224th Street to catch a festival or parade.
Maple Ridge offers many wonderful walking trails and hikes and a few lakes + beaches, as well as the stunning Golden Ears Provincial Park, all of which you can access in 5-15 minutes by car.
We host guests in town for sports events as we are in close proximity to many arenas such as: Planet Ice, Pitt Meadows Athletic Park + Arena, other sports fields and several golf courses. Langley Events Centre is less than 15 minutes away. The sports scene in this region is unbeatable! Take in a hockey, soccer, lacrosse or baseball tournament during your stay. Take in a Vancouver Football Club soccer match or cheer on the Vancouver Giants just across the bridge.
Business travelers particularly enjoy our location as we are near Ridge Meadows Hospital and the Justice Institute of BC, and we are in a central location which employees in the film industry appreciate.

• Important: Please avoid parking between the two driveways to prevent blocking the fire hydrant, as per city bylaws.

Our location gives you easy access onto Lougheed Highway or Dewdney Trunk Road - the two main arterial roads for getting in, around, or out of town.
TRANSPORTATION
Uber, Lyft and Alouette Taxi are available in town.
BUS ROUTES / SKYTRAIN:
We are less than a 5 minute walk (400 m) to both east and west bound bus stops on Dewdney Trunk Road serving the 701 and 791 bus routes. To get to the SkyTrain, and anywhere else in the lower mainland, we are a 20 minute walk (1.5 km) to an R3 Rapid Bus Line, which will take you to the nearest SkyTrain in Coquitlam. Note there is no SkyTrain station in Maple Ridge.
WEST COAST EXPRESS:
We are less than a 20 minute walk (1.5 km) to the Port Haney West Coast Express. Going to the station is downhill and coming back is uphill. Please only cross Lougheed Hwy at the traffic lights.
AIRPORTS:
We are 55 minutes from YVR - Vancouver International Airport, 45 minutes from YXX - Abbotsford International Airport.
FERRY TERMINALS:
45 minutes to either Tsawwassen or Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminals, and about 45 minutes to the heart of downtown Vancouver. It is recommended to book your ferry reservations in advance.
1. Friendly Neighbors Upstairs: We live upstairs with young children and our small French bulldog, Luna. The suite is partially soundproofed, and we are mindful of noise, but some sounds may carry.
2. Quiet, Relaxed Atmosphere: This is not a party house. We welcome registered, paying guests only and ask that everyone respects our quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Loud or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
3. On-Street Parking: Ample parking is available directly in front of the house. Please note there is no off-street parking.
4. Temperature Control: Heating is controlled remotely by us, and it’s set to ensure guest comfort. However, we know preferences vary, so please let us know if you’d like a different setting. For added comfort, there are also oil heaters and fans available in the suite.
5. Compact Bathroom: While newly renovated, the bathroom is cozy in size but designed for comfort.
6. Minimal Traffic Noise: Given our convenient location in between Lougheed Hwy and Dewdney Trunk Rd, we sometimes get asked by potential guests if there is any traffic noise inside the suite. We are pleased to share that the suite is partially soundproofed and, with the exception of occasional sirens, traffic noise is unnoticeable. To ensure your peaceful enjoyment, we also provide a white-noise machine is available for light sleepers.
7. No Backyard Access: The private backyard is reserved for owners only.
8. Shared Laundry Facilities: Washer and dryer access is shared with us upstairs, so feel free to use them as needed. You do not need to reserve a time.
9. Pet Policy: As a general rule, pets are not allowed. However, if you have a pet, please reach out—we may be able to make an exception.
10. Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and directly outside the property.
