Very spacious room. Clean and neat and nice. The only thing missing is proper lighting for the bathroom mirror.

Disappointed
Publié le 7 nov. 2021 sur HotelsOn the second day we even skipped the paid breakfast as we found it below average. The eggs were cold, instead of real coffee we were made to drink Ricoffey (no real coffee).
Everything has a plastic touch (starting with the artificial lawn) and the hotel has no charm or style.
Apart from that our booking talked about balconies in our 3 rooms which turned out not to be the case. In addition, I had a 40 by 40 cm concrete pillar to the right hand side of the bed and shampoo, coffee and tea etc were only delivered after we complained.
Hotel Kapital is not going to see us again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and delay on bringing to you the tea and coffee, we will find out what happened. about the type of rooms with the price you have paid you wont find here in the city a deluxe room with balcony. your booking was made to be in a standard room at hotel kapital. the picture of deluxe room you showed to us, is not of hotel kapital, about it you can question the agency that made your booking. you complained about charm and style, tastes are not discussed.
