Pretty nice and quiet hotel. Staff is great. Safe area. One thing they could add is a microwave in the rooms.

The hotel was fine, room was clean albeit small, staff was helpful. My biggest problem was the gym and pool. I chose the place because of those facilities…but you can only use one or the other in a day. I intended to spend day swimming and exercising but couldn’t. When I used the gym, which is a nice gym, I finished my water and was told I had to buy more water. Like what?! And the attendant, although superficially helpful, was haughty. The breakfast was okay also, but no omlette. I won’t go back.

the worst accommodation of my life

However, it was very difficult for me that ceiling if bathroom is leaking and the air conditioner didn't work properly during my stay. Although they moved me to a normal room, the process of moving it was very annoying. Breakfast wasn't much of a variety, but it tasted good.
The worst part, was that the housekeeper searched my bag and stole $200 when I was out of room, and complained to the hotel about the theft, but they responded irresponsibly that the hotel was not officially responsible for the loss of customer belongings. I simply don't understand why the hotel isn't supervising the deviant behavior of hotel staff
If you're going to stay in this hotel, please be aware that there's a risk of theft at any time.

Dear Valued Hochang,Thank you for your review.Firstly we truly regret the lapse on our part in the attribution of the room with a faulty air-con and leak in the bathroom ceiling; thankfully we were able to move you to another room immediately and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused therein.In response to your latter comment, we’re sorry to hear of this incident and regret your accusatory comment. Please note this situation is not the norm at our hotel; all our rooms are duly equipped with in-room safes for our guests to store and safeguard their valuables and the hotel cannot be held accountable nor liable for any theft of same.Upon reading your review, we nevertheless, promptly checked your room key card data for the duration of your stay. The records only showed entries made by yourself and our regular normal housekeeping staff. It is important to make mention that our housekeeping team has been with us for many years and are completely trustworthy. Furthermore, no personal items or cash from your room were found in our lost and founds dept at head of housekeeping dept. Additionally, we wish to clarify that we were only made aware of your claim of the missing cash via your review and at no stage whatsoever did you inform us of this nor upon checking out. We regret to learn about the incident and wish to emphasize that guest satisfaction and comfort are our paramount concerns on a daily basis. Additionally, we have in the interim made efforts to contact you directly.We trust that despite all, this unfortunate occurrence will not deter you from returning to our hotel and hope to welcome you back soon.
