All was good and friendly people...except not understanding wh3n you say family room...with a 16 year old son you NOT share same space with him

Food and dining room staff was great as well as the Assistant Food and Beverage manager Nasser. Rooms were outdated. Bathroom shower was in poor condition and the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Pool lounge chairs were worn out.

Internet in the room was poor. I had to go downstairs to do my work. The food was soso. I checked out a day early and want a refund for one night.
