Très bel hôtel confortable.
Publié le 4 mai 2018 sur HotelsNous avons passé une nuit dans une chambre familiale. Belle chambre avec un très bel espace. Baignoire plutôt que douche donc super pour les enfants. Literie très importante pour nous qui était super. Seul soucis, le petit déjeuner car nous partions pour 6h45 direction l'aéroport et ne pouvions rien avoir sur place ou à emporter.

Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsEl hotel está en muy buen estado en general, las habitaciones se mantienen limpias y el personal es muy amable. La pileta tienen muy buena temperatura e incluso te prestan salvavidas para los niños. Lo único a objetar es:
1) Nadie te ayuda con el equipaje durante el checkin o checkout.
2) No hay room service por lo que si quieres un café vete a buscarlo al bar. Esto es especialmente incomodo con niños.
3) El desayuno muy poco variado.

Everything is almost perfect. Location, staff, swimming pool, sauna is a little cool for a sauna. Will highly recommend staying in this hotel. A lot of excellent sites in a walking distance, excellent neighborhood. However, I have an important recommendation. I stayed four nights. On my last night, I had to repeatedly call the reception with no live response. There is NO INOFRMATION in the room about how to contact ANYTHING by the phone! Only some QR codes for food service. In the course of an hour, I wan on the phone in my room trying to contact Reception. I got their number upon my request on my first night. NO ANSWER. It was difficult for me to go down because everything was packed and I had to put my COAT over my pijama and walk down to the Reception. A young male Receptionist was talking with two checking in guests. I had to wait for him to posy attention that I was there, too. I told him that was calling for about an hour and only got a recorded message, his answer: I AM BUSY. No apologies. I had to wait again! Finally, he recorded my request for a wake up call with a comment: "Tranquila, Senora! Perfecto." I told him that he needed some TRAINING in Customer Service. I SUGGEST that there should be all emergency numbers on the phones in the rooms like it is in a hotel in Buenos Aires where I stay regularly. HOW TO PLACE a call to: Medical Emergency, Police, Domestic Violence line (even this later is listed in most hotels. What if somebody needs immediate assistance???

Nao vale a pena a hospedagem
Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HotelsPaguei por um quarto com ar condicionado para 1 semana e o mesmo so funcionou 2 dias. Atendimento da recepção sem flexibilidade. Mau humor durante as reclamações. Tentei algum tipo de compensação e nada foi ofertado alem de um ventilador que nada adiantou para o valot. Cafe da .anha sem variação nenhuma...
