Bien équipé et spacieux, cet appartement est très bien placé pour visiter la région, proche de Bologne, Parme, Modène et Sassuolo. Les Apenins sont à quelques kilomètres pour les balades en montagne. Le Parmegiano, l'Aceite di Modena et le Prosciuto di Parma vous attendent chez les nombreux producteurs.
Petit bémol, la rue est passante en journée mais les nuits sont calmes.

Pour les amoureux de belles voitures
Publié le 22 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est grand, lumineux et décoré sur le thème Ferrari bien qu'un peu bruyant car près d'une route passante.
Gabriella nous a très bien accueillis et renseignés quand nous avions besoin d'informations.
Idéalement situé pour visiter les musées automobiles aux alentours.
Nous le recommandons.

The unit is as advertised, in a great location, especially if you are in town for the car factory tours. She even noticed it was my birthday on the passport and gave me a nice gift. I highly recommend Gabriella and this unit.

Anche se l'intero appartamento viene lasciato perfettamente pulito, il proprietario invia costantemente messaggi aggressivi e aggressivi chiedendo più soldi. È infelice continuamente e con tutto. Non ho mai incontrato una persona così sgradevole, aggressiva e trasandata. Non consiglio a nessuno di rovinare il proprio viaggio e il proprio umore.
The hostess is aggressive and unpleasant. Dishonest treatment of guests. Luring out additional payment. Although the entire apartment is left immaculately clean, the owner constantly sends aggressive attacking messages wanting more money. She is unhappy all the time and with everything. I have never met such an unpleasant, aggressive and dishonest person. I don’t recommend anyone ruining their trip and mood.

Hai un bel coraggio. Avete lasciato un’appartamento indescrivibile con l’immondizia ovunque. In condizioni vergognose per tre donne. La cucina ha richiesto tre ore di pulizia extra. Nelle regole della casa che tu hai accettato c’è scritto che la pulizia della cucina è a carico dell’ ospite e se non provvede gli verrà addebitato un supplemento. Il supplemento ti è stato richiesto ma tu non l’hai pagato. Perché non sei rispettosa ne’ delle regole ne’ della buona educazione. Non hai mai risposto ai messaggi se non quando ho minacciato di non farti il check in.Cosa che dovevo fare dovevo annullare la prenotazione. Da chi non risponde ai messaggi inviati da oltre un mese non ci si può aspettare altro. Ospiti da evitare se non si vogliono problemi. Fortunatamente non ce ne sono tanti così!!!!

Publié le 9 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayEs entsprach dem, was wir gesucht haben. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgewählt und Ferrarifans kommen auf ihre Kosten. Für uns war die Lage zwischen Maranello, Serramazzoni und Vignola ausschlaggebend.

Great Location and great hosts

We did not have a car but We enjoyed that we could walk to so many locations. 2 markets and a fresh fruit and vegetables store with in a short walk. We found a couple of great pastry places across the street from the apartment and one that does exceptionally good Gelato. They make it fresh each day along with many pastries. We also found a local coffee shop that was open at 5am - 11pm. They had pastries they made, pizza and sandwiches. A very nice and friendly place. The folks we meet tried hard to speak English and we would use an app to translate and got along just fine. There was a local bus that would take you into Maranello and the tickets could be purchased at a tobacco shop/coffee bar near the stop. Cost was only 1.30 Euros for a one way ticket good for 70 min. Gabriella and her husband were very kind and helpful with any questions and issues we couldn’t figure out ourselves. I would highly recommend the place to visit again. I would love to come next year if I am able. I have meet some very nice friends and we were able to get around without a car.

Una buona settimana a Pozzs

Appartamento con tutte le cose neccessarie.
Pero era un pi rumoroso,perche dirrettamente alla strada a Maranello.
Gabriella era veramente gentile.
