Everything was great. Location to the beach and sunrises were awesome. Walked in and could smell and see the cleanliness of the condo. This is our 4th stay in these condos and this one fit us the best. Will definitely be back.

Complex is older but is well maintained. It is on the beach which is not real wide but has good length to go for a walk. Our rental unit was more than adequate. Could have used more sun during our stay.

Fantastic
The condo was great, having a private beach was incredible, the location is perfect. Mary is wonderful. Boat rentals less than a mile away, a little over an hour drive to Key West, close to great restaurants and state parks. If you fly , use Fort Lauderdale and not Miami, the drive is 30 minutes longer but it will take a lot less time and aggravation to get through FLL.

Nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen (glassware, gadgets, etc) unit overlooked the pool and ocean. Screened lanai was a bonus. Overall property is well maintained.

Tired Condo
It looked great online, but when we got there it was pretty tired looking and not as clean as we expected. We had difficulty with the tv in one bedroom, noisy air conditioner, insufficient cooking utensils, peeling paint, a loose electrical outlet and blinds that wouldn't open. We did enjoy the screened in porch and the view. A little repair and replacement work would go a long way into making this condo go from just ok to very nice.

Awesome booking.
Very clean, Mary is wonderful at making your stay special. We expected a beach, but honestly there really isn't a usable beach due to the seaweed. The condo is very good at keeping it cleaned up but it happens every day....not their fault at all, just nature, and we found it at every beach (which there aren't many in the keys). The beach here is by far one of the better ones...just not what we were expecting. Pool, grounds, condo, staff, Mary etc definitely Made up for it. Very clean condo, Mary was very responsive if we needed anything. Saw stingray and nurse shark very near edge, in water, when walking on the beach. A lot of land crabs, geckos and even iguanas. Constantly working on condo you can tell they care for it very well. Loved the key lime pie! We left days before hurricane Ian hopefully they came thru it fine because would definitely rent again if we ever go back.

Fantastic gem
We found this condo in the keys...perfect location to explore all of the keys and be close to everything. The place is a nice gem...we were very pleased with the location, Mary the caretaker, the condo, the proximity to the beach and it was more than we had hoped for. The condo is pretty well stocked and they were very responsive to a cable issue. Nothing bad to say..it may not be the newest or largest condo but it likely is the closest to the water/beach and by far the best bargain.. It felt like we were in a secluded small private place rather than a 30 unit condo. We would definitely stay here again!¡

The property overlooks the pool and the ocean while sitting on the screened in balcony. If you are an outside person, that will become your favorite place morning, noon and night! The amenity of the pool was wonderful! We had a great time sitting on the private beach which we virtually had to ourselves, and then cooling off in the pool. The entire property was very quiet and well maintained. While the unit is a little older, it was very comfortable and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend it!

Relaxing and great location
We stayed a week at the Hibiscus. We loved the closeness of the pool and beach. Literally just steps away. We were unaware of the 6 steps getting up to the first floor condo but we were able to manage. Manager was responsive to the tv not working and the AC freezing up. No restaurants within a mile to walk to but very short drive and lots of great places to eat in Marathon. We hope to go back!

So much to enjoy!
My wife and I had a wonderful couple of weeks at this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath condominium in the Royal Plum Club. Our stay got off to a delightful start when we opened the refrigerator and found a tasty key lime pie that Mary, our host, had left there to greet us. The location just steps from the ocean was amazing. We are paddlers and could launch our kayaks right there from the private beach and enjoyed paddling or walking along the sandy shore of Coco Plum beach just east of us while enjoying views of the pelicans and other wildlife. The lovely large pool was perfect for our daily swim and we enjoyed lunch every day on the screened-in patio overlooking the pool and ocean with its comfortable table and chairs. The home was clean and comfortable and had a nicely stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cookware one might need. The beds were pretty comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The other guests and owners were very friendly and considerate. It was wonderful making new friends and chatting about our adventures. We loved our time at the Royal Plum Club and hope to return in the future.

Quiet beach condo
Very low key condo. It felt like it was just us and 3 or 4 other people that had the entire place to ourselves, other than the plethora of lizards and crabs roaming the sidewalks. The unit was clean and had a great screened-in porch for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. We went during the off season and a lot of the restaurants were closed in that area though. But would def stay there again. The host/property manager was very responsive if we had a question. Only issue was the toilet in the hallway needs to be repaired as it would only flush about half the time. But it was just 2 of us in a 2 bed/2 bathroom so wasn't a big deal. Nightcaps at the firepit on the beach also added a nice touch. Great value in this little gem.
