Great Townhouse and Location, Cleanliness Issues
Publié le 7 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was perfect for our stay other than some of the rooms and bathrooms being very small. We were not at the house very much so that didn't matter. However, we had an issue with some sort of insect in the guest bed. Ted did his best from afar to get cleaning out to change the sheets but whatever it was came back. I would be careful about making sure that issue is taken care of prior to booking this house. Other than that issue the home was great.

Andrew , As we discussed there was an issue with Isoptera in that area which is super common in Florida, this has NOTHING to do with cleanliness, they a drywood eating termite. The area was treated and we’ve had no issues since. Also, sorry about your concern for room size after 13 yrs I’ve haven’t heard that one yet! it is the keys and space is precious being a 1.5 million dollar town home 99% of the guest have been okay with the layout thus far. Thanks for the review hopefully we see again! ;)

Glad you enjoyed your stay at my home sorry that my dryer broke down and I had to wait three weeks for Home Depot to deliver a new one, but it has been replaced..
