Too pricey. This is what you pay for a four or five star hotel. This is a three. And the charge you for parking, and they wanted $35 for an hour checkout delay!!!!

Pros: Location to the customer I was visiting. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet and laid back. Cons: Room smelled heavily of mildew, with slippery, greasy feel of tile flooring. Overpowering smell from across the street (nearest the Island Fish Co. restaurant) migrated into at least the front parking area. Got charged for parking even though the hotel was far from busy.

Nice place to stay in Marathon, very calm and clean. When listed it was showing parking was free but when we get there it was $10 per night. Is not bad my only comment is updated your parking info on Expedia website :)

Love the hotel ambiance and the decorations. Property had everything we needed. I highly recommend it. It’s very clean, modern and comfy. The breakfast was great also which is a plus.

Full price charge for limited amenities
My room smelled like mildew, the fitness center full of equipment had only one treadmill that worked, and the hotel charges $10 per day plus sales tax for parking. I don't feel that I got my money's worth for the stay.
