Beach, pool and family time!. Our son-in-law has been staying at Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club Marina for years. So glad we joined this year. Our family enjoyed days at the beach and pool. Excellent rooms and property very well maintained. Ready to plan next year's trip!

Beach and pool being right there was very convenient. Property is nicely kept and cocoplum area is close to everything in the Marathon area. The rental procedure was easy as was checking into the property. All the kitchen necessities were great. Not crazy about the spiral stairs to the top floor but the building being round has no ther way to have a stairway

Our overall impression of the property is one of satisfaction. The villa was very nice, especially the huge screened in porch. We had a comfortable stay and would stay there again.

We had a great time. Loved the unit we stayed in with an almost perfect view of the water. Kids love the layout of the unit. They felt like it had a treehouse vibe. Screened in patio was great to relax and enjoy outside without the bugs.

Enjoyed our stay! Beach and pool are very nice! Clean ! They do a great job of clearing the sea grass and lots of chairs on the beach. The house is dated not too many updates since 1980’s but it was clean and everything worked as expected. The office folks are great and helpful!

Location was great. Property was very clean and all amenities were as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

First night there, go to bed around midnight. Everyone checked their sheets etc. Started to fall asleep and found things crawling in the bed and on us. In one room, there was an infestation of flying termites “ palmetto bugs“. There were a lot. Called the emergency number and someone did get back with us right away. Moved us into a temporary unit just to sleep. The next day we had to wait for another unit to be cleaned. We had had to take all of our belongings and put them in our car. There is a spiral staircase that makes it very difficult to get suitcases up and down This is not a place you would want to stay.. If you have any trouble with stairs or tight squeeze getting up and down them is a challenge. Got into temporary unit around 2 o’clock. The manager tried to accommodate us very well. However, it was a bit of a rough start. It is my understanding that this time of year was breeding season for the palmetto bugs or termites and we had evidently disturbed a nest in our room. The units are very outdated. Pretty clean with the exception of the bugs. Which I understand is not under their control. There are some updates made to the units such as some have new showers and new refrigerators. But, the rest of it is pretty worn. Maintenance and management were all very nice and helpful. But, if you are looking for something that is more up-to-date, this is not the place. The high points would be the beach, the swimming pool, and the screened in porch! Restaurants to eat at are few and far between. We only found two that were decent. The rest are fast food mostly. Check out the nature center while you are in Marathon it was really nice and if you are needing excursions ask management they can help you find something. Just not a place that we would ever go back to in all honesty. I want to add that they did refund us $250 for our inconvenience the first night we were there which was very nice of them.
