Amazing location, BEWARE 1.5 bath NOT 2.5. Management sub par.
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location and place itself was perfect. But when we arrived we found that none of the soaps were restocked. We were left literally 0 trash bags, not even in the cans, and literally 1/2 of one roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 days. I reached out to management right away and while they were responsive and apologetic, nothing was done about this till the last afternoon before we left. REALLY disappointing we had to buy our own supplies when you spend over $1000 on a stay. On top of that this unit is a 1.5 bath NOT a 2.5. Really sad to find that all 5 of us had to share 1 shower for 3 days... Im sure the add is an oversight but needs to get changed. *So far NOTHING has been done to make up for the oversights by management*
