Peaceful, relaxing vacation place
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayPrivate, quiet and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax with family. Not only did we see dolphins at the research center, but some wild ones came by too! Thanks for sharing this beautiful haven with others.

Thanks Lyndsay!!! Y'all make our job real easy! Glad we could be apart of your families vacation and come back and see us anytime! We just added 24K of new outdoor furniture on 2-17-24 and a bigger fridge also as some guest requested that it would be a big help. Have a GREAT 2024 and hope to see y'all again soon!

A little paradise!

Outdoor oasis

Management met us at the home with a tour that relieved a lot of potential for frustration of not knowing how to operate things, or where to find them. Check out instructions were a breeze, unlike other stays that require a lot of clean up requests.
Outdoor activities were awesome, although the beach is not suitable for swimming - It’s loaded with sea grass. Despite not being able to swim, it was still enjoyable to look at while having coffee around the fire pit every morning, or from the pool.
The main home was clean and had a lot of the basics of seasoning and storage containers. Privacy was awesome! Never saw or heard a neighbor the entire time. Door alarms for safety of kids with the pool was a huge bonus.
The mother in law cottage was laid out nice, but had a terrible mildew smell. My kids stunk like a wet basement after sleeping in there. I’m assuming it’s not used much? This is the main reason I would not give 5 starts.
Overall, we would stay here again, but only in the main home.

Hi Branigan, thank you for the information, we are glad that you and the family enjoyed your say. We are a little perplexed about the mildew smell though as we just had both a/c's totally cleaned and serviced a couple of weeks prior and totally gutted and redid the entire bath. As the guests house is all concrete and stucco there really is no place for stale air to hide to create a mildew smell and are wondering if it was the bathroom construction materials that we noticed., but we will look into it anyway. As a side note you had our direct contact information and can't fix concerns we don't know about :( If you would of let us know of the issue we could of assisted as we do have a very expensive commercial Ionizer that we do use after construction projects just for that purpose, but didn't notice anything. Safe Travels and have a GREAT 2023!

One of our best vacations ever
Publié le 27 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis house had something for everyone whether it was exploring by kayaks, snorkeling, playing in the pool or just relaxing under the palm trees. It was also perfect set up for my inlaws to have their own privacy in guest house. The views were spectacular and the pool was nothing short of amazing.

Amazing stay in the Keys
Publié le 13 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time in the Keys! The house and location were perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 6-8 who could have stayed a month! We fished from the dock, saw all sorts of great wildlife and spent countless hours in the pool. The outdoor living area was spacious and the house was extremely well equipped. The location was great with food close enough to walk to or you could easily buzz to dinner up or down the keys. We have already discussed another trip to this house!
