After a full day of fun in the sun, the open layout of the full kitchen, dining area, and living room will make for an effortless night of reminiscing and entertaining the whole group. Not to mention, the chef of the group will be in paradise with all of the appliances of home to whip up tasty meals each night.

Sitting within an easy drive south to Marathon and Key West or a short drive north to Islamorada and Key Largo, this getaway will be the perfect jumping-off point for your special vacation. Adventures await at Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Turtle Hospital, and Dolphin Encounters, snorkeling, jet ski rentals, scuba diving, fishing charters, and much more are also available to cater to each guest.

This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is through Vacasa and not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as a Vacasa guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort.
As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great long weekend on Duck Key
My wife, son (11 yrs) and I spent a great long weekend at this property. Everything was as advertised. Very convenient to both Islamorada and Marathon for dining and activities. Great place to unwind.

The property is very beautiful but it is located on a resort but not associated with the resort which makes it hard for kids when yhey cannot utilize the ammenities. The property was nice and it was clean. It would have been nice to hage more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. Overall it was nice. pulled out

Cute place! The dining room chairs need to replaced. They are peeling and it would get all over the floor every time you sat in them. The guest bedroom needs some attention at the outlet under the window. Might be from water damage around it.

Great house. The neighborhood is a bit restrictive if you bring your own boat. Dock and ramp space in the keys is always tight. You have to pay extra to store or get a slip for your boat. Other than that the home was perfect.

Waste of tome
The property was not cleaned by your crew on time. We had to wait until 8 o’clock for somebody to show up. I had to cancel all my plans for Thursday afternoon while waiting for your people to show up to clean. After they clean, it was not clean at all. There was dog food on the floor from the previous renter. There was also not enough linens for three adults. The tub upstairs in the bathroom is clogged and needs to be snaked out by a professional plumber. I couldn’t even get clean or feel clean because all the water sat in the bottom of the tub while I was taking a shower. It was very disgusting. I’m very I’m very let down by this experience. I will not be going back here ever.

Property was clean and location for our purposes was good. If you’re not used to a lot of stairs I would not stay in one of these villas. Outdoor chairs were getting quite worn and should be replaced and the outside of property had large crab spider web at the entrance (not a welcoming sight) and hre was often a funky smell outside of vill.

Brought my father and my son down from MD to enjoy the warm weather, clear water and couple days of fishing and relaxing. Very satisfied with my choice of accommodations. Perfect for a quick Keys getaway
This villa was ideal for our trip. It was clean, nicely updated, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location in Duck Key made for an easy drive to Marathon, Pigeon Key, Bahia Honda State Park, Curry Hammock Park, Sombrero Beach, and it was just 90 minutes to Key West for a day trip. It was nice to have a comfortable, safe, and lovely villa to return to after each day’s activities.

Lovely Area with Beauty and History to Explore
Very nice place, comfortable beds, 2 baths upstairs and 1 downstairs, pretty private deck, well stocked kitchen, good wifi. Only one washcloth for 4 adults but we made do. People in the resort were so help- unlike the manager of our apartment who didn't answer our questions and offer any help. We were in a panic on the afternoon before check-in because we were on the road with no printer and were told that the only way to enter the property was to have a printed copy of the check-in instructions which weren't going to get to us until the morning of check-in. When we didn't get answers from the manager we called Vacasa directly. That person sent us the check-in instructions the day before and we WASTED 2 hours of our trip looking for a public library, learning their system for printing and producing the printed copy. When we arrived at the Hawk's Key gate the very pleasant gentleman never asked for paperwork, just wanted to know that we were staying in a privately owned unit. We love VRBO but now have a bad taste in our mouth for VACASA.

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Great neighborhood to walk around in. Only negative I could come up with is the cleanliness of the floor. After walking barefoot in the condo for a few minutes the bottom of my feet were very dirty. Floors could be cleaned better. All else seemed clean and welcoming. Nice porch, nice furniture and had a washer/dryer. Easy entry with code sent to us day of arrival which for us was very late. Would recommend!
