Wi-fi, satellite television, alarm and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Located on the famous Las Petunias beach, just 400 meters from the beach and a short distance from the famous Puerto Banús with all the entertainment, restaurants, bars, nightlife... The best place for large groups!

Location and security

This villa is a perfect option for you if you don't want to drive to dinner, go to the beach or just have a drink. The main avenue of Puerto Banús is a 20-minute walk away and there are many dining options just around the corner, from the popular and elegant restaurants "Marabierta" "Alabardero" "Nuevo Reino" etc... Carrefour supermarket, cafes, Hairdressers and beauty salons are just around the corner. Despite being in the center of everything, it is a quiet and relaxing retreat for your well-deserved vacation. We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a Scout cultural visit to Spain. For the price, this was excellent value. Pros: Sleeps 16 in 8 rooms, good number of bathrooms, decent living area with smart TV and Wifi, 10 minute walk to the sea and easy access to shops. Bus routes to go to Marbella proper are very close. And it has a Pool! Cons: Beach is stoney and you need to go a mile or so down the coast for a sandy beach. Decor is a bit tired. It is an older property in need of a bit of attention, but for the price it is very good value.
