Thanks for the review for Tony and delighted you enjoyed your stay. I'll certainly get the suggestions you raised looked at, however in regards to the parking it's designed for family cars up to mid sized SUVs unfortunately large vehicles may struggle to get under the arch. As you mention there is parking available outside the property.

Thanks for the feedback. I feel I need to address your "Reality let it down" comment. I appreciate your frustrations as it is clear the renovations in the neighboring villa tainted your experience which in turn appears to have magnified other matters. However based on the many guests who return year on year and the overwhelmingly positive reviews we have received it's clear the vast majority don't agree. As I mentioned at the time I was in communication with the owner of the neighbouring villa who had advised things would move quicker than they actually did. I complained to him based on your feedback, unfortunately he took little notice and try as I may there was nothing I could do. Understand it's of no consolation to you however the scaffolding has now been removed as work nears completion. I was not made aware of any wifi problems, but again can only say that we have had guests aswell as ourselves working remotely from the Villa with no issues. It would be churlish to say it never drops out but in our experience no more or less than we would expect anywhere else. In regards to the pool heating, the feedback we received from the pool company was that the heating was on but as it operates on a thermostatic basis once it reaches optimum temperature it cuts out and doesn't kick back in until the temperature drops. However as I was aware of the frustrations you were having with the neighbouring renovations I was happy to accept your version of events and in good faith agreed to refund the heating charges. We pride ourselves in providing a great experience for all our guests, addressing any concerns that occasionally arise immediately. Hence why we were extremely dissapointed that for the first time in the six years since we have made the villa available, due in the main to circumstances outside our control, we were not able to achieve this.
