Avis Price Ct. Beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath home Only 15 min walk to Tigertail Beach

We had an amazing time on Marco Island, it is so peaceful, a really wonderful place to take the family. The house was great, beautiful views from the living room, and pool. The pool was big and accommodating for the kids. It’s a heated pool so it was great for swimming in December. The house is so close to Tigertail Beach which as the best shelling by far! We probably found 50 sand dollars. If you go early at low tide you likely will so an unbelievable number of starfish, look in the tide pools. They have several bikes to make it even quicker. Also beach towels, chairs, cooler etc. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of shopping close by and this house is located towards the entrance of the island, a quick 15 min drive to Naples. Doreen’s is a great place to get coffee and the breakfast option are amazing, it was definitely our favorite spot. We will be back next year, couldn’t have been better, a much needed relaxing family getaway.

Our kids loved the pool, the master bedroom was wonderful, and the place was spacious for our family of four. It was a safe, quiet residential area with great bike paths and gorgeous beaches. The management team was very responsive whenever we had inquiries. That said, for the price we paid for a week, I expected a bit more. For instance, they suggested we bring our own toilet paper due to a shortage in Marco, so we packed two rolls in checked bags which took up quite a bit of space, but there were already rolls plus extra in each bathroom when we got there. There were a couple dead cockroaches in the bathroom and a couple live small ones in the house throughout our week long stay. Not a huge deal, but again, it is not something we expected for the price we paid. Otherwise, the house was clean and each room was as pictured. Last, I felt more on edge about all the rules and fines associated with not abiding by said rules than I have on any other vacation. I found myself obsessively re-reading all the check-in and check-out emails to be sure I didn't miss anything. I understand the desire to lay out the ground rules for your guests, but when you have signs posted in every room of the house of what to do or what not to do, it doesn't feel very welcoming. I love Marco Island and I am glad that our family got to share this experience, but the personal touches to make guests feel welcome or at home go a long way, and that was lacking during our stay.

Amazing location, the house is close to everything you need. Very close to tygertail beach. beautiful sunset!

The property was decent. Has a few issues with rodents but property manager was helpful. Mayte from rental office was not pleasant but Cynthia was very helpful.

The house was perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable with a relaxing view of the canal. Within walking distance from the Beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back
