Perfect family get away
Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur little family stayed here for 5 nights & it was perfection. The kids enjoyed the pool, everything felt homey, couch was comfy & everyone had plenty of space.
My only feedback is the beds. The master bed is very loud when You shift in bed. We are light sleepers and it constantly woke the other spouse up when we’d move. The bed in the front bedroom is not connected to anything, so every time our son shifted in his sleep, the bed would roll, we had to constantly roll it back to be in alignment with the headboard.
Other than that - everything was beautiful, check-in and check-out was perfect & seem less. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great stay on Marco Island
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis location was among the nicest, if not the best, houses we have rented for a vacation. Clean, updated, tasteful, comfortable. While it had construction occurring right out the back of the house on an adjacent property, it was still private and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Communication from the host was just enough for reminders and confirmations, without being bothersome. We'd love to have all of our stays be like this one. Thank you!

Very Nice House
Publié le 19 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was comfortable and exactly how the pictures depict. The kitchen island is gorgeous and really is the gathering spot. The only thing that I feel took alittle getting used to was the lack of privacy in the lanai and pool area. I didnt realize it would be so open however, once you get used to it, it's ok. Marco Island is a very quiet beach town. Once the sun goes down, not much to do. Also the mosquitos were out with a vengeance this year lol. All in all it was a very relaxing vacation and we enjoyed the house to it's fullest.

We are currently in the process of installing a fence for more privacy. Unfortunately the permit process has taken a bit longer than expected.
