The reason communication was terrible is because the beach was contaminated and they did not warn guests of the risk. (DOH-Collier issues water quality health advisory on three Marco Island beaches; E coli at issue)
The hotel has very good facilities and fun activities for children and adults. They charge $30 per night for parking, that's something new. We went in July and we didn't have to pay for

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We did our best to try to communicate regarding the water quality of the Gulf of Mexico as information came to light. Great place for our family of 4. Direct on the beach and many restaurants across the street.
Cons: Check-out too early, at 10am.

Home away from home
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly. The rooms are large and well equiped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The resort is more a home away from home then a hotel.

The beach was crowded with people from outside of the hotel with music so loud that we couldnt rest on the sand quiet. I suggest to take care of that specially if we are paying such a high rate for our villa-

Good afternoon and thank you for your valued feedback. Unfortunately, Marco Island beaches are open to the public so not much we are able to do about the noise level from the local people enjoying the beach. We do hope to see you in the future!
