Great condo

Rough start to vacation!!
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen we first arrived at the property there was a massive rain storm and all the power was out in the building so we couldn’t make it to a 10th floor apartment my husband and daughter proceeded to walk up the steps with suitcases which was exhausting. when I contacted the owner David he was quick to help send Tom (By the way which was awesome) he got the elevators working and we were able to get up to the condo with no power. However David offered us a free dinner on him due to the inconvenience of having no power when first arrived. Very nice gesture however I have yet to be paid back by him now it’s was going on two weeks and I haven’t received any money I don’t think that’s right when someone offers you something and you don’t receive it. The way he’s been going about it has been very unprofessional if you offer somebody something you should pay it the night or the next day after . There were other issues with the property as far as air condition not working. Men working on the building drilling all you hear from early to
Late afternoon. Also a very far walk from the beach to the condo if you have small children or elderly I don’t recommend this place it’s over a mile to walk to get to the beach. The condo is very very clean and well equipped with a beautiful view however due to the circumstances I will not be returning to this place.

We are really sorry that Gloria did not have a great experience vacationing at the South Seas Towers. Their family vacation timing of picking the week that Marco had its first large tropical storm knocking out all the power in the towers and causing issues with the AC chilling towers on the roof really was out of anyone's control and just bad luck. My maintenance guy stopped in there three times during the week to make sure they were OK. We did offer & pay the $130 dinner for them that first night while they waited for the power to come back on. I explained to Gloria that it would not be paid until we received our set of keys back after their stay. Which our guests lock up and take home with them & mail back to our home address. We had the bill paid within 72 hours of the time we received the keys back. I try my best to explain to our renters during the off- season summer months that there is the chance for large tropical storms and the South Seas Towers does have construction season during these off-season months of May thru October. Monday - Friday 8am/5pm. We hope Gloria gives Marco Island a second chance. It's a great vacation place.

Amazing sunset views

Family Vacation July 2024
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe check in process was smooth and the place was exactly as described. David did an excellent job of giving us places to go visit and dine at. David supplies all the beach equipment that is needed for a great time at the beach. If there was ever a question or need, David was always easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this place and would plan on renting from him again.

Beautiful Condo

David provides everything you need to enjoy a great day at the beach, including the beach buggy which is a must. No issues, no surprises, David was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.
