Relaxing 4 Bedroom - Walk to South Beach

The property offers a great vacation. Decorated with beach theme, adding to your beach vacation get away. Can't beat waking up to see the beautiful sunrises. There are 4 bedrooms, each room has a king bed. Two bedrooms have TV's for your enjoyments as well. There is also a pull out coach with the memory foam bed top in the living room if needed. There are three bathrooms, one right off of the pool area.

Be sure to look at the view of Roberts Bay from the dock. If you are a boat lover, you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. After enjoying the hammock on the dock or the lounge chairs, jump into the pool to cool off. The pool is heated for your comfort.

Enjoy eating your meals outside under the fans, sitting pool side. If you want you can enjoy a BBQ on the Weber grill.

You are only a 1 mile walk from the South Beach access off of Winterberry. There are beach chairs for you to bring to the beach with you as well. You are also close to many restaurants, ice cream shop, movie theater and the mini putt at the intersection of Winterberry and Collier.

The house sits in a beautiful neighborhood in Marco Island on the waterway. House was extremely clean and well furnished including bikes for riding around to see the beach and the other stunning surrounding houses. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock and just relaxing in the sun. Highly recommended for any one looking to stay in the area. Thank you for an awesome vacation stay!

Annual Beach House Getaway
The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything we needed for our stay. The grandkids spent the entire time in the pool, with the exception of when we went to the beach. We cooked, grilled, watched football and really enjoyed every moment while making lasting memories. Would highly recommend it to other families.

Perfect location and plenty of room
This location is close to just about everything you can imagine. Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, riding the bikes, the pool, and plenty of space for everyone. We had a little snafu with the checking process that was no fault of anyone and the hosts were quick and kind in their communication. We’re already trying to plan when we can come again!

Living the dream!
If you have never been to Marco Island, prepare to be humbled. It's all about life on the water here- truly a boater's paradise! This beautiful home has a screened pool and dock with a lift perfect for boats up to 27'. Nestled in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood amongst multi-million dollar homes. The house is well maintained and has four king beds and all the luxuries of home- perfect for our family vacation! This was our second stay and we'll definitely be back. Easy communication with owners. Great shelling and fishing- BIG 4-foot tide swings- stick to the marked channels on lower tides. Thank you for another great stay!

We had such a great week here! House is so spacious and clean and they have everything you need. We had dolphins visit us at the dock and caught some fun fish. We spent most of our time outdoors at the pool and lanai and the pool was so warm! Bikes were an added bonus to toodle around Marco. Great location - close to beach, restaurants and groceries. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and residents were so friendly. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Fabulous experience
This property was fantastic. All 5 bikes in working order. Bikes all over the island. Ran at the near by park. Used the YMCA. Close to everything. Fishing poles were fun off the dock. The house was over equipped. Had every thing we needed plus more. The pool was clean and warm. The house was more than we expected. Would love to stay here next year.

We’ve been vacationing on Marco Island for a few years now. This by far has been one of the best homes we’ve rented. The home was very clean and decorated with a very tasteful beach theme. The three bathrooms and four bedrooms were awesome and allowed privacy when one wanted it. We vacationed with adults and two children ages 2 and the other 6 months. They enjoyed playing in the warm pool. We were a short distance from many good restaurants and the beach. The only minor downfall in February was that the pool was not fully in the sun, but we all managed. I definitely would rent this property again!

Getting out of the cold
We have been visiting Marco Island for the past 8 years. This home was the one of the best homes we have stayed in. The physical set up of the house is outstanding with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it worked out perfectly for our group. You are never far from anywhere on Marco but this was a nice quiet street with a great dock and pool area. Hosts were available as we neede them.

Roof was being replaced and no communication from owners about that. It was noisy and dusty and we had to move our cars off the driveway for the roofers. Ended up with a flat tire on a vehicle from a nail from the torn off roof. Told the owners but no follow up on that at all. I waited over a week for a response but nothing.
