Pas une chambre, une prison !

Chambre sans fenêtre, pas de wifi, télé qu'il y a 20 ans, 10 cm entre la porte d'entrée et le sol Odeur horrible d'humidité, vraiment insalubre 2 petits lits, draps ne sentent pas bon Aucune propreté, des insectes sur le sol Douche froide,on a du déclencher la chaudière nous même

Merhabalar. ağustos 2018 de yapmış olduğunuz 2 kişi 130 tl rezervasyonu yönetimin el değiştirmesine rağmen odalarımızı verdik siz bizden suite oda talep ettiniz verilmediği için böyle yorum yapma hakkınız yok saygılarımızla iyi günler.

I had so much hope for this hotel but ended super disappointed and somewhat cheated. The property is a historical one and I love those places. The building is beautiful. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which is not like the one pictured when you choose the room at the expedia website, in fact all the rooms you choose show the same picture so keep in mind there is a big chance that you are not getting that room. I though “ok is not that bad” it was 3 floors down going with luggage through dangerous stairs. Is a historic building I understand that but the hotel does not have anyone to help you. I went down with our things praying to God for our safety. The heater was not working properly, I complained to the person in charge and requested another room even paying extra for upgrade but they replied that it was fully booked - the place was EMPTY. I even looked at the key cabinet in reception and only 3 key slots were empty. We spend one night in that freezing room and I even had nightmares. It was SOO cold that I stayed in bed till past 11 am because I could not get the courage to get out of the tiny blanket and up. Finally decided to leave the bed asked and went through the old city looking for another hotel and making sure their heaters were fine. Ended booking at the Gazi Konagi , a property a little bit further down. I went back to get our belongings again risking our lives bringing those up 3 stories and proceded to check out, the lady in charge refused

Harika bir geceydi

Küçük bir iş sebebiyle sadece 1 gece 2 kişi konakladık. Rezervasyonumuz ekonomik odaya olmasına rağmen ( en alt kat) bize daha rahat edebilmemiz için standart oda teklif edildi. Ancak ekonomik odanın konforu bizim beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde olduğundan kendi odamızda kalmayı tercih ettik. Akşam serin havada avluda otururken Ümran Hanım üşümeyelim diye ateş yakmakla uğraştı. Ayrıca bize Mardin konusunda da çok yardımcı oldu. Her şey için çok teşekkürler
