This place has no staff available, The rooms are disgusting, the mold in the bathroom was everywhere. The floor around the tub was peeling up and the rotten wood underneath was showing.
We tried to sit out on the front porch in the evening, but there are literally THOUSANDS of spiders that have taken up residence and drop on you.
This place should be burned to the ground and started over.

we apologize that you did not enjoy your stay but upon booking, you immediately get sent an email that explains that there is no staff available on site but we all do live less than five minutes away to help if needed. Room three was just recently redone so there is not mold in the bathroom yes we did see the Fuller was peeling up and we are in the process of fixing that, but that room was just all recently redone as stated before. And I’m sorry about the spiders as we cleaned that every other day and I can’t really stop. The spiders were in the country, but I do apologize as far as thinking the place should be burned to the ground and started over. I think that’s a little harsh , if I would’ve gotten a call from you, could’ve possibly you had a property that would’ve suited your needs better if I was given the chance.

the property is very old. then they tell u they will leave breakfast emenities. they left 2 boxes of cereal. no milk or anything.
the tiles are falling off in the bathroom.
chain on the door ripped off.the tiles on the ceiling are screwed over the bed.i was hoping it wasnt gonna rain cause i was afraid i would have been leaked on. i would not recommend thia to anyone. and actualy i would like my money refunded..

I do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay, yes the property is old. It’s not hard to tell from the photos online that it is an old building. I do apologize if there was no milk, but if I would have received a call, I live less than five minutes away. I could’ve brought you anything you needed, and I do apologize about the tiles that are falling off. We did pick them up and put them back on once we noticed upon your check out we don’t keep the chains on the doors anymore as everything’s deadbolts. Yes, the tile above your head was screwed that’s because when we were having the telephone company install Wi-Fi somebody’s foot went through our ceiling , it does not garnish that if it rains will be leaked on because there is a roof that’s very well taken care of above those rooms. I wish you would have called me so I could’ve offered you something better to your liking or try to fix anything that was unaccommodating to you as my numbers posted everywhere . But I do not believe that any of this garnish is your money being refunded as you stayed the entire time with no phone calls or complaints until the following evening again I apologize that she did not enjoy your stay. Have a nice day.

Quaint but disappointing

The room was musty on entry. Tile was missing on the bathroom walls and there was mold on the tub. The brights side was the shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The view from outside was pleasant. There was no office or anyone available to assist a guest. I’m being very generous to rate my stay at 3 stars

We didn't actually stay because we went elsewhere. I could deal with the decrepit state of the room, furniture, carpet, bathroom, etc. even the smell. just can't stay in a room with a filthy toilet. There I draw the line. Plus the whole atmosphere was creepy. Save yourself the time and money.

Guest was refunded for not staying, but didn't call or give us a chance to rectify situation or move them to a better unit or tell us about the conditions we only found out when they left a review.

I am not one to give bad reviews to businesses. I'd rather keep quiet and mind my business but my experience with this motel was terrible to be quiet.
The appearance was quite neat but in reality the bedsheets smelt like it was not washed. I had a terrible allergy reaction on my skin that made me sit up all night long. I had to go my car to sleep. They need to rip off the dirty carpets. The smell was aweful.

You stayed with us in 2 rooms never called us but on camera I did not see you stay in your car, I'm sorry this was unpleasant experience for you but again we could've moved you to something better and more suitable for you the carpets are new they were stayed from the very obvious driveway repairs. And again for someone not willing to make bad reviews you didn't give us a chance to fix it, neverminded the next morning when my staff went to clean rooms and were shocked by the condition the rooms were left by you after leaving , Food all over the floors .
