Wonderful stay!
Publié le 29 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had such a lovely stay! The home was perfect! We loved the privacy of the home, nestled in the woods! The views were so beautiful, perfectly serene! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We especially loved the fireplace which we used everyday. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, it was the getaway we really needed.

What A Beautiful Pocket of Peace
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I spent a 4 days and 3 nights at this lovely home. We spent every morning and night relaxing on the deck. The view is amazing. As city folks, it is not often we get to see animals in their natural habitats. It was precious. The home is beautifully decorated and curated with a modern day mid-century vibe. Great vintage pieces. The bed was very comfortable. The house is super clean. The people in Margretville were very nice. We are planning to come back again. If we could 5+ stars we would.

Great stay to get away from hustle and bustle!
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWas the perfect stay to get away from NYC and into the woods. LOTS of great areas to hike. Note: no Verizon service within like 3 miles of the house (not an issue one bit, of course, and Wifi speed is great but just something to note)

Memorial Day Weekend
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location is beautiful and peaceful! The beds are very comfortable, the living room with a fireplace is very spacious, looking out into a beautiful patio with a lake and Mountain View! Absolutely worth the 3 hour drive from CT!

Wonderful Getaway

Enjoyed the wonderful fireplace and spacious deck, early morning coffee with the sunrise. Enjoyed a full moon with a walk in the woods, something my wife and I have never done. Something we will always remember.

All logistics/ practicalities on point... communications gracious, the location is perfect, this cozy cabins minimalistic 70s charm is highlighted by having all windows & decks so you feel connected to outside even inside!! Perfect & charming... We celebrated the Solar Eclipse here and can't wait to come back before the next one, lol!!!
