A good family apartment
Publié le 3 nov. 2023 sur HotelsHelpful friendly service, although this property is probably quite old maybe 20yrs old it has been maintained very well, linen of a high standard and comfortable tv dst channels work well and free wi-fi works well. Would recommend for a family holiday.

Uncomfortable stay
Publié le 11 déc. 2022 sur HotelsThe noise level from the pool kept us awake my child could not get to bed.The pool closure time should be brought earlier than 10pm.There should be more activities for the kids the game room as advertised was not found on the property.The wet floors of residents going up and down from beach and pool hazardous ,cleaners should be on duty to attend to this,it was always filthy.My bathroom ceiling was broken and there was no filter to dry our bathroom up after taking a shower too much dampness.

On our arrival they placed us on the 8th floor after requesting ground floor, they moved us to a property with water streaming through light fitting... fire hazard. They moved us to a next room and that was acceptable, WILL NEVER RETURN, very noisy club next door

Thank you for the review, I am glad that we were happy to act on your requests. The noise outside the property, unfortunately falls under the Law Enforcement Agents and all we will do is to continue lobbying for tighter control and punishment for violation of by-laws.

Property is run down and dirty in general.
The apartment is very spacious and had nice views of the ocean, the main reason we booked this.
