Property is dirty. I spilled some water on the floor by the bed. I took a washcloth to wipe it. The floor was filthy. The elevator is also dirty. I woke up with the most painful backache after sleeping on the bed. In serious need of an update. I would rate it a 6.

Staff at front desk was nice. Entrance seemed clean. Went up to my room and with a quick glance seemed fine. After checking the bathroom and moved the door a baby roach emerged. I DO NOT do roaches. I quickly gathered my things and headed back to the front desk. Explained the situation and he stated that they are brought in by guests. I requested a refund. The next day I called and spoke with management and was told they already issued the refund. Almost a week later and that’s not the case. Stay away from this hotel if you value cleanliness!!

The stay was good but the service was amazing. Great staff. Rooms were clean and fresh, fridge was cold.

Great stay, breakfast was great with multiple options daily front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly, rooms were clean and housekeeping checked in daily, will definitely stay again when in the area!!
