Posted Jun. 20, 2022 on HomeAwayThis home was lovely and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and appliances. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would highly recommend.

Posted Mar. 3, 2022 on HomeAwayWe felt safe and comfortable in this home. Karla was easy to contact and responded to any messages from us promptly. The house is clean and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is beyond well-equipped! I have nothing negative to say about our stay here.

Beautiful Home!
Posted Dec. 8, 2021 on HomeAwayWe were VERY happy with this house & especially with dealing with Karla, the owner. She was responsive with any questions we had! The home was so clean, the first thing I said when we walked in was how good it smelt ;) !! The pool area was perfect for what we needed, and easy to use - the heater and lights. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. If we are ever back in Maricopa, we will definitely look for the availability of this home. Thanks Karla!

Well equipped comfortable house in a good location with a nice pool

The master bedroom layout was great, the bed outstanding, the adjacent bath, shower, and closet were spacious and very usable.

I would never book here again.
Posted Jul. 28, 2021 on HomeAwayThe owner was very sweet and responded quickly, but we had issues from the moment we booked. For one we booked it because it was a great deal. Once we booked pay for insurance they hit us with "oh we forgot to add a cleaning fee". I get everyone has a cleaning fee but if it was mentioned from the get go we would of booked else where that was able to accommodate us. For instance they day before the stay we get an email saying that we can't have any children under the age of 13. I respect their wishes but my brother did communicate with the owner before hand and she mention to him that kids under 5 don't count, as if just bring them don't count them in. Anyways fast forward I didn't get to go due to the fact that children were not allowed so my husband and some of our friends had to go. I've rented many homes before never have I ever been recorded while doing so. They have cameras pointing at the pool and front entrance. Cameras don't bother me but when they're in the front but not while swimming privately in the backyard.

Hi Jennifer,
I’m sorry that there was so much confusion with your booking. We just started renting our home out and it has been a huge learning curve.
If you had indicated children at the time of your reservation you would have been asked the age immediately and our policy confirmed.
When I spoke with your brother I was quite clear that my pool was not safe for children 5 and under so that is one of the reasons we don’t allow children.
Shortly after booking you are sent a message that you have read and agree to all the rules (rules indicate no children 12 and under). Before the guest arrive we send out a reminder of the house rules that are also posted on the listing.
No children 12 and under is posted on the listing as well as security cameras are on the front entrance and pool area.
I’m sorry the cameras were uncomfortable for you, but I need them there for several reasons. Once I confirm the amount of guests etc I disarm them and turn them back on the morning of check out.
I appreciate your concerns and input, I will make sure that it is more visible on the listing that cameras are being used, so people are aware ahead of time.

Great Family Home
