More than met our expectation
Publié le 26 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at this VRBO rental property in Maricopa, AZ. This 1 bedroom apartment is in a very clean and safe neighborhood. Property owner Dan and RuNell were cordial, pleasant and very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable apartment with lake front access using paddle boat or kayaks provided by owners. Would go back in a heart beat. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being high, we give it a definite 10+.

Clean & cozy space for two with nice amenities
Publié le 11 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur first time using VRBO (we usually use the "brand A" site) and it was a good experience. This cozy space was probably the cleanest rental we’ve been in!
The shower is nice with plenty of hot water, and the
kitchenette packs a lot of functionality and storage into a small space. On-site laundry is a great amenity!
Responsive communication from host.
The only things that could have made this better would be fewer big/decorative furniture pieces, and adding a 2-top table inside for dining or working. There is space outside, but that's weather-dependent. Also be aware that while this is a space locked off from the hosts' home, the home & garage surround the apartment on three sides so you can occasionally hear noises and muffled voices from their part of the home (which means they could hear the same from your space). It was not an issue for us, but may be for some guests.

We have added a lift top coffee table addressing the table/workspace suggestion. Thanks for the heads up. FYI When we had the home built we had all interior walls insulated for sound, … we never hear anything on our side.
