Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayvery beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay

Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property fit our needs for something simple. The little kitchen was well-equipped. It was clean and well organized. The shower is real tile; a nice touch. Unfortunately, the AC was not yet installed for the season, so it was quite hot/stuffy. The manager said they would put it in for us when we checked in, but that never happened. We spent a lot of time outside in the shared pavilion which was very nice. We would have enjoyed using the fire place out there, but the propane tank was empty. Overall, we enjoyed our little get away and are glad we came.

Just needed to have time alone with my wife

Disgusting place. It smelled of urine and cigarettes. There were open containers of food in the counter. You could tell it had not been cleaned in between guests. We arrived at 9:30pm, the toilet was clogged. The fridge wasn't working, and the bunk beds looked home-made and cracked. The futon was terribly uncomfortable. In addition, there was no shampoo or dish soap. The property manager did not acknowledge how DIRTY the place was and said that we should have called her at 10:00pm and should have waited an hour to have them come and unclog the toilet. She said we should have contacted her and that she would have addressed the cleanliness issues at night. I was under the impression that hosts needed to clean BEFORE the guests arrived, not at their request. We left after one night and she refused to refund us for the second night.
