We were greeted by very friendly personnel. The only problem we had was the tub would not drain appropriately. Notified personnel and they were going to contact maintenance.

The person who checked us in, Dusty, was very nice & helpful. She was very upbeat & friendly! The breakfast bar was nice, as well as clean. We enjoyed our breakfast & the coffee you have was excellent. It saved us a trip to Starbucks!
The room was a little warm & we couldn’t get the temperature any lower. I didn’t think to ask about it last night as we checked in around 8 pm. I did mention to the front desk person when we left this morning. Also, there was only two luggage racks with none to be found this morning.
With that being said, though, it’s a nice hotel & we will stay there again.

Thank you for taking time to review your stay. I am glad you had a nice check-in experience and great breakfast. I am sorry you had trouble with the temperature in your room but we appreciate you mentioning it and we did have maintenance check into it. We don't normally have issues with non-returned luggage carts but sometimes that does happen and I am sorry you experienced this issue. We look forward to seeing you again! :)

Great Stay

We were greeted by a very nice and efficient young lady.
The bed was very comfortable! I will say that it was high, so if you have mobility issues, you might have trouble getting up into it.
I prefer a walk in shower over a tub, but the water pressure and temperature were great.
Overall it was quiet, but I did get woken up by a dog barking and heard some people in the hall.
Breakfast was very good… especially the oatmeal bar.
There were restaurants and several shops (including Walmart) right nearby.

Had to change room. Ac would not turn off. Room was to cold. Bath tub drain very slow. While showering i was standing in water pass my ankle.
