Hôtel propre, chambres spacieuses et fonctionnelle, belles SDB rien à dire sur les prestations mais absolument dénué de charme et de chaleur
Personnel peu souriant

Prix prohibitif
Publié le 8 juill. 2019 sur HotelsOdeur de nourriture épicée (indienne) des le checking. Accueil froid. Chambre mal nettoyée (toiles d araignées au plafond), un matelas où l'on pouvait sentir les ressorts. Petit déjeuner simple sans éléments salés et que du surgelé.
Prix exorbitant pour la qualité.

Pretty amazed by this hotel has everything you need. Only missing a breakfast diner but to my advantage everything is close to the Hotel. No pool in the property but it has a gym. Very quiet area.

Nice and clean room. Safe area and convenient distance to Monterrey and Carmel. Unfortunately the receptionist was not a person you could connect with. I barely could say good afternoon. Not even a smile or a welcome.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We selected it because they had rooms that could accommodate our larger family. It is a bit farther away from the beach than we would like but it was a nice location for accessing everything. We generally like staying where we have benefits like a free breakfast. This hotel does not have that but does have free juice and a fancy coffee machine in the lobby.

The property was super clean, the neighborhood was quiet, it really felt safe which was one of my main concerns. They have a food market, laundry, restaurants all within walking distance. Our room was very clean the staff was very friendly. The lady that checked me out in the morning was so nice. Over all we had a great experience at the hotel. I will definitely be booking here again for vacation next year.
