The pictures are not. What actually is the facility is about this is definition of a truck stop dive hotel and Expedia should be ashamed to put this

Thank you for your candid feedback. I apologize that you did not find our hotel up to your standards. Our pictures are recent and of our hotel. I am not sure if you have our hotel mistaken with another hotel that you recently stayed at. Did you speak to anyone regarding your concerns? I would be happy to speak with you about this further.

This hotel has a disgusting couch, I would refer to as the retired casting couch repurposed, in the rooms. The people staying here seemed very sketchy. They say they have premium wifi, that was completely faluse. They offered a crib on the website, this crib was a pack and play, and it was disgusting(because of this my 9month old had to sleep with my wife and I, even though it is unsafe). Let's not get started on the breakfast that was barely edible. I would highly recommend not staying here. Staff was great, but not the brightest bunch of crayons in the box.

Thank you for your candid review. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with condition of several amenities in the hotel. I apologize that you found the pack & play and the sofa in your room dirty. Our housekeeping team is normally very good. I understand how frustrating not having the Wi-Fi working properly can be. I apologize that you had problems with it during your stay. I am so sorry that there was an odor of smoke in the hotel. We are a nonsmoking hotel and ask guests that break the rules to leave immediately. I apologize that we failed to find the person doing this. I am not sure what company was in the parking lot making your wife uncomfortable but I understand how that situation could be frustrating as well. I appreciate you bringing these matters to my attention so I can get them addressed with our team. This comment will be uses for our retraining purposes. I hope that you will give us another chance the next time you are in the area.

Decent option, especially for the price. Mostly clean, comfortable, and safe. Good breakfast. No complaints.
