Nous avons du faire changer les draps car ils étaient sales mais pour le reste c’était acceptable pour le prix .

NEVER AGAIN!! Beware! ROACHES
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsFirst and foremost this hotel charged my card hours before my arrival. When I booked this room, I booked “pay at hotel”. Why would they charge me way before check in time? Anywho, I booked 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 children in each room. I requested adjoining rooms. Once I arrived to check-in, I was informed they don’t have adjoining rooms. So how convenient they put each room on a different floor. I asked if we could at least get rooms on the same floor and I was told they didn’t have any available.
Ok now the good part. Go to the room, put our belongings away and leave out for a few hours. Come back for bedtime and lo and behold ROACHES GALORE! I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes. I had never saw anything like this before. I had my small children with me and they were terrified. My 11 year old even said she wants to sleep in the car instead of staying at this place for the night. I called the front desk but they never answer. I opened my door and saw the manager and another employee in the hallway. I informed them of what was going on and they brought raid bug spray and sprayed the room. Lord that actually made it 10 times worse. Those roaches were coming out the woodworks! We were so disgusted and since it was already late at night I had no other options besides sleeping here or in the car. We were up killing bugs all night. Once daylight hit, I contacted support and let them know I can not stay here any longer.

For Younger People on a Budget
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsEverything in my trip went well. The room was nice. Beds were comfortable, tv worked well, air worked great, everything in the bathroom worked well. The only thing is I won't be able to stay there again. The reason is because I am 63 with a bad knee. The tub was almost impossible to get into because of the height and once in the bottom of the tub was slick as snot! It's not safe for older patrons. If I'm younger it's a great place to stay on a budget.

Nothing fancy, but a fair value for the price. I appreciated that the clerk had my key waiting for me, after I had to stand behind two others who apparently were booking rooms on the fly.
